SageSure is a tech-forward, B2B home insurance broker that delivers innovative coverages to agents in high-risk coastal states. During my tenure, I helped the brand establish a more human-centric messaging strategy that simplified the complexities of our business to clearly explain the product and service advantages we offered to agents. In collaboration with our analytics team, we utilized A/B testing and user data to refine our methods and ensure the most effective approach for attracting and engaging new partners.

When COVID made it impossible for our sales team to pursue their typical face-to-face tactics, we shifted focus to a digital brand campaign to engage agents nationwide with our proprietary products and personal service. Our interactive online office offered an inside look at each department's role along the customer journey, complete with behind-the-scenes content, testimonial videos, and a monthly department spotlight that corresponded with emails, social ads, and digital banners. I oversaw all aspects of this project, including campaign strategy, conceptual ideation, media strategy and budget management, creative direction, video creation, and copywriting.
